Offline engineering rebuild, not a printer dispatch script.
1. Keep the exact two-mesh 3MF scale/orientation, or perform fresh geometry/contact/layer review after edits. Automatic supports and pad must stay disabled for this explicit support mesh.
2. Export fresh native SL1; inspect critical layers and all selected native issues.
3. Use UVtools to convert SL1 to CTB v4. This changes grayscale to the format-defined 7-bit representation.
4. Apply the supplied engineering profile to the newly converted CTB, writing a new file:
python3 ctb_apply_profile.py input.ctb ../Profile/Engineering-reference-UNCALIBRATED.ini --output new-UNCALIBRATED.ctb
5. Recheck every layer, raster, motion/exposure parameter, mirror and selected CTB issues. Rebuilding is not itself a validation or permission to print. The supplied ready CTB has already passed these digital checks; do not patch it again merely to open it.
The helper uses Python standard library. No network, API or printer operations.
