OFFLINE REBUILD — operator sequence, no automatic printer dispatch
Tools used for this exact source: PrusaSlicer2.9.6;UVtools7.0.3;Python3.
The commands below are a reproducible sequence template from the recorded execution. Tool installation paths vary. They have NOT been rerun from this delivery folder. Editing changes hashes and invalidates existing QA.

1. Open ../Resin/Bambey-Tea-market-specialist-80mm-Supports-editable-UNCALIBRATED.3mf as a PROJECT. Keep both mesh volumes, their units/transforms, layer0.05mm,15120x6230,211.68x118.37mm display, landscape, mirrorX true/Y false. Do not auto-arrange, rescale, move to bed or regenerate supports automatically. Current supports are explicit mesh.
2. Export SLA to a NEW SL1. The production CLI used:
PrusaSlicer --threads 2 --dont-arrange --no-ensure-on-bed --export-sla --output new-source.sl1 ../Resin/Bambey-Tea-market-specialist-80mm-Supports-editable-UNCALIBRATED.3mf
The production invocation additionally isolated a local --datadir. Use your own empty working data directory; do not alter source geometry to match an expected layer count. Unchanged source produced1600 layers.
3. Convert to a NEW CTBv4:
UVtoolsCmd convert new-source.sl1 Chitubox unpatched-new.ctb -v4 --no-overwrite
4. Apply explicit engineering profile into a NEW file:
python3 ctb_apply_profile.py unpatched-new.ctb ../Profile/Engineering-reference-UNCALIBRATED.ini --output final-new-UNCALIBRATED.ctb
This helper is exact production code. It changes only supported CTBv4 profile fields, refuses overwrite/unsupported layouts and records a local engineering receipt. It does NOT repair supports, perform calibration, validate the actual printer or establish print permission. Its receipt contains paths to your local working files; keep that receipt private.
5. Required QA: inspect resolution/bed/machine/PWM/mirror; read every layer's exposure/lift/retract/wait/Z and compare expected values; run selected final islands/bounds/height/empty checks; freshly decode actual finalCTB and compare ALL layer rasters/order/Z against source using CTB7-bit mapping g<2?0:((g>>1)<<1)|1. Reencode decoded data to a QA-only CTB and compare decrypted RLE per layer. A header-only check is insufficient.
6. Inspect actual geometry/contact access and critical native+CTB layers. After geometry changes, recalculation of the removal corridor is required. Obtain author+independent QA on exact finalSHA before a new package.
The enclosed CSV is actual readback of the delivered unchanged CTB, not an import preset or guaranteed correct output for a changed scene.
